New Construction
Building a new home is an exciting but often overwhelming process, and our specialty is making it as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We partner closely with you and your contractor throughout the entire build to ensure your home is both highly functional and beautifully designed. Ideally, we join your team before interior plans are finalized and permits are pulled, but it’s never too late to bring us into your project.
Our expertise includes reviewing and refining floor plans and electrical layouts to maximize how your home works for your lifestyle. We create detailed 3D renderings and elevations that bring your architectural plans to life, giving you confidence in every design decision before construction begins.
From start to finish, we guide you through selecting all finishes and details—flooring, paint, cabinetry, hardware, tile, countertops, lighting, plumbing, and trim—ensuring each choice contributes to a cohesive, elevated result. We provide ongoing site walkthroughs to confirm that every detail is executed as designed.

Lare-Scale Renovation
Specializing in whole-home renovations and large-scale remodels, our design services bring fresh vision and refined functionality to every corner of your home. We focus exclusively on projects that transform entire homes, allowing us to create cohesive, elevated, and timeless spaces. Working closely with architects and builders, we reimagine layouts, select premium finishes, and ensure each element aligns with your lifestyle and aesthetic goals. This service includes two to three in-person design presentations with 3D renderings, and once selections are finalized, you’ll receive a complete package of selections and elevations—resulting in a home that feels intentional, refined, and enduring. The first step is an initial consultation at $150 to create a personalized design agreement.
Full Home Furnishing & Decor
Our furnishing service is perfect for clients who have entered a new stage in life, their style has evolved, or they simply need their home to function differently than it has in the past. This service includes a visual concept presentation, 2D floor plans, product and material research and sourcing, purchasing, tracking, scheduling, receiving, and professional installation. Designed for clients seeking a whole-home refresh without construction, this service allows us to fully reimagine and elevate your living environment. A minimum investment of $40,000 in furnishings is required. The first step is an initial consultation at $150, which allows us to create a personalized furnishing design agreement tailored to your needs.
